SHIATSU Bodywork

WHAT IS THE SHIATSU?
This term is formed of the Japanese words, SHI: fingers and ATSU: pressure. Often called digito-pressure or accu-pressure, the SHIATSU is a practice of Chinese origin which goes up with more than 3000 years. Adoptee then by Japanese and practiced still nowadays; the SHIATSU is approved by Ministry of Japanese health. Method of natural hygiene, this discipline acts on ones physic and the mental by stimulating natural defenses of the organism.


HOW DOES THE SHIATSU ACT?

This energy called by Japanese energy KI involves a rebalancing of the convergent radiant energy flux to maintain the body in optimum health.

The SHIATSU improves the flexibility of muscular fabrics, reinvigorates the skin, facilitates the harmonious operation of the nervous system like that endocrine glands.

According to the expression of the Master Hataru CHASHI, the shiatsu is a true "communication by the touch".
